To get a ticket
Once the purchase is completed and successful, you will receive your electronic ticket through the e-mail you provided upon your booking. If you don’t receive your ticket, you may contact us for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org
Alterations, cancellations and refunds
Any changes to your website ticket can be done at any TACV desk. In most cases, changes to your ticket are subject to penalties and/or increased rate, depending on the tariff rules applicable to your ticket. You can view the tariff rules when booking online, before completing the purchase of your ticket. Some tickets are refundable, depending on the fare purchased. In order to prevent fraud, buying online is subject to a secondary check which may require the presentation of the credit card used to purchase the ticket along with its holder identification card at the time of check-in.
When you booking online, you can see the charges added to the total amount of your ticket: tarif basis, fees and surcharges. In the section ”Ticket Price”, during the booking process, you can see all the charges details applicable to your ticket. Prices shown are exclusive of an internet booking fee which will be included in your final total. Following booking fees are applicable:

NOTE: the booking fee does not apply to tickets issues for travel starting in Brazil (Fortaleza, Recife) and África (Dakar, Bissau).
